What does the registration fee for the event include?

• Standard Package registration fee includes a license to attend all speeches listed in the agenda for the specific event, all digital documentation related to it, refreshments, lunch and evening reception. Full Package additionally includes two nights accommodation at the event venue and taxi transfer from the airport to the venue and vice versa.

Are travel expenses or other personal costs included in the fee?

• NO. Packages do NOT include travel expenses, travel insurance or any other personal expenses incurred by attendees.

Is there a discount for group attendance?

• Yes, there are attractive discounts depending on the number of people attending. Please refer to the “Pricing/Registration” section of the website for more information or contact us directly.

What are the payment methods accepted?

• You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Bank Transfer. Please note that there is 2% surcharge for Visa/MasterCard and 3.5% surcharge for American Express.

What is the refund policy in case I decide to cancel my participation?

• Cancellations must be received prior to the event in writing either by email, post or fax. In case of cancellation, delegates are entitled to:
A credit voucher which could be used for a future event within 1 year.
OR
80% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled before 10th of June, 2012;
50% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled between 11th of June, 2012 and 31st of July, 2012;
20% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled between 1st of August, 2012 and 14th of October, 2012;
NO refund if cancelled after 14th of October, 2012.

Can I send a colleague to replace me if I am registered but hindered to join?

• Delegate substitutions from the same company are possible at no extra charge at any time before the event date.

In case I need a Visa, is this going to be arranged for me?

• Participants are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and visa arrangements. Please apply for your visa in good time. Selectiva International is ready to assist you with an invitation letter to support your visa application.
